The Dealer is bound by law and on the basis of agreements with our Company, to provide all the necessary assistance including solving any issues with goods purchased. The guarantee on products offered by Veneta Cucine, for material manufactured by the Company, is activated when Dealers notify us; it is their responsibility to verify the type of complaint, if it is well founded and offer the remedy for it if the guarantee is valid.
