Cooling the oven only with the door closed.

Fumes, humidity and steam may damage the kitchen over a period of time. To help prevent this, simply switch the cooker hood on when cooking, and regularly wash or replace the synthetic filters to ensure that the cooker hood is always perfectly efficient, as indicated by the extraction hood manufacturer.
