The Veneta Cucine showroom in Shanghai has opened its doors to the high-profile Italian Culinary Program launched by the Italian Trade Agency with ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine. The program is dedicated to all students seeking a full-immersion experience in the world of Italian food and a complete study experience training as a chef in Italian cuisine. It has been a great honour and pleasure to be an integral part of a positive message that includes the culinary cultures of Italy and China.
