VENETA CUCINE'S EXCLUSIVE: YOUR SAFETY IS THE FIRST PRIORITY!

To remedy the problem of overheating that could develop under the induction hob, Veneta Cucine inserts an insulating panel that allows to keep an adequate ventilation in the whole area.

Used today in a growing number of modern kitchens, the induction hob is the technical evolution of the traditional gas or electric hob, which have given faithful service in the kitchen for generations. Success in the kitchen is not simply a question of being a good cook: today’s modern technology has become equally important. Your cooking will be even better using a hob which allows you to adjust the heat of the hotplate instantly and with precision and assures uniform cooking by distributing the heat evenly. The new induction hobs are beautifully designed, modern and elegant. And they offer at least two huge advantages over traditional hobs: they are incredibly easy to clean and they reduce cooking times significantly.

Induction hobs require no gas pipes, and do not produce flames. The only object which becomes hot is the pan itself. However, it is necessary to bear in mind that it is not only on the upper surface that heat is generated: part of the heat is in fact generated in the area beneath the hob, and this might cause damage to the worktop or to any materials placed inside the base unit.

In order to remedy this problem, Veneta Cucine fits a special insulating panel beneath the top which acts as a shield. This solution is used in combination with a special modification to the tops (both the laminated and quartz versions) which ensures that the entire area is adequately ventilated.
