CARCASS The carcase is built entirely in melamine chipboard paneling with a microbiologically tested, naturally antibacterial surface in thicknesses ranging from 8 to 40 mm. This material has the same properties as a common melamine panel and is 100% natural, and its antibacterial action will last the entire service life of the product.
HINGES The ISO-certified hinges, which are tested for more than 200,000 aperture/closure cycles, are available with a normal (90°) or extra-wide (180°) angle of aperture, and also in the version with a built-in deceleration mechanism for silent, smooth closure.
GUIDES New “Blum” guides allow drawers and deep drawers to be pulled out completely and have been tested to withstand hundreds of thousands of movements without the slightest imperfection in the slide units. And thanks to their new spring systems, the mechanisms used on vertically opening doors will last much longer than those commonly in use today.
FEET Sturdy and well-tested, the feet are made in technoplymers boasting a strain strenght load exceeding 720 kilograms. They are installed without drilling holes the bottom of the base unit.
DOORS All doors are produced internally using craftsman manufacturing methods.
Wood: top-quality wood with water-based enamel.
Glossy lacquer: brightness 96 gloss, thickness of paint 0.8.
Matt lacquer: additional painting cycle for silk sheen finish.
Laminated: in Hpl (high pressure laminate), thickness 0.6/0.8 .
Vacuum formed PVC: thickness 0.45, heat resistance to 75°.
Glass: tempered glass available in several finishes.
Decorative: thermally structured surface obtained by forming at high temperatures.
SHELVES The shelves can withstand weights of more than 30 kg and feature a special safety locking device that ensures that they cannot become detached and fall from the cabinet.
TOPS All our laminated tops are made of a 100% natural, microbiologically tested material whose antibacterial action eliminates any bacteria on the surface and lasts the entire service life of the product.
